Through the Import Interests page you are able to import interests as captured within Excel sheet template that contains a list of interests along with their details as to be uploaded to a policy and then save all the information to the systems database.

 

However, before entering this page you should select a policy from any of the previous pages explained throughout the system.

 

To import interests from an Excel sheet you need to go through the following steps:

 

§  In the first block the system will retrieve the policy information previously selected;

§  Click  to download the Excel sheet template which is a standard sheet based on ESKAEDNIA system. Save the Excel sheet to your computer and fill in the sheet;

§  Click the  to select the path of the file and then click  to upload the file to the system;

§  Click  to save the import the interests’ details from Excel Sheet to the interest page of the policy.

§  Click on  to return to the Interest page;
