Once you have defined a Survey, you can add the Survey Elements which are the question elements of the survey that you are creating. After you have defined the elements, you can define the Survey Element Choices which are the answer options for each survey element.
To define a survey element, click on then perform the following steps:
§ Enter in the Element Name.
In the Element Name 2 field, enter in the name of the element in the
alternate language of the system if so desired;
§ Enter in the Order of this
element. This is the order that the element will be listed in;
§ Select the Interest Type. You can select from a list of types that were defined in the Interest Types page of the Insurance Classes sub-module;
§ Enter in any necessary Notes regarding
the element;
§ In the Answer Reference
field, select the previously defined choice of another element as if the user
selected this choice, then this element (question) will be installed only then
§ Once you have finished entering
the necessary data, click. You can now proceed with defining the Choices;
