Once you have defined a Survey Element, you can add the Survey Element Choices which are the answers of the question elements. After you have defined the elements, you can define the Choices which are the answer options for each survey element.
To define a survey element choice, click on then perform the following steps:
§ Enter in the Choice Name.
In the Choice Name 2 field, enter in the name of the choice in the
alternate language of the system if so desired;
§ Enter in the Order of this
choice. This is the order that the choice will be listed in;
§ Fill in the Loading Factor.
This is the per cent that will be loaded on the calculated premium;
§ Select the Survey Result;
either ‘Accepted’ or ‘Rejected’. This gives you the option to accept or reject
a prospect customer proposal for a certain policy depending on the answers of
the survey;
§ Enter in any necessary Notes regarding
the element;
§ Once you have finished entering
the necessary data, click;
