In the Customer Entry tab, you can enter the insured person details as follows:
§ Define the Customer Type (Individual/ Company) by selecting the relevant radio button;
§ Enter the insured’s National ID;
§ Enter the CR Number;
§ Select the insured’s Title from the predefined dropdown list;
§ Enter in the Name of the insured;
§ In Name2 you can enter in the name of the insured person in the second language of the system;
§ Enter in the Phone, Mobile and Fax numbers of the added insured person;
§ Enter the insured’s Email address;
§ Select the Account Type from the predefined dropdown list;
§ Select the insured’s Marital Status;
§ Select the Agent and the Agent Type from the predefined lists;
§ Enter the Commission Percentage;
§ Select the Country and City of the insured’s residence;
§ Select the Area of the insured’s residence;
§ Enter the P.O Box, Building , Block and Street of the insured’s residence;
§ Enter the Insured Address;
§ Enter the insured’s Birth Date;
§ Select the insured person’s Profession. You can select from a list of professions that were previously defined through the Codes page of the General Settings module;
§ Define the Insured’s Nationality (Local/ Foreign) by selecting the relevant radio button)
§ If the insured person is VIP, check in the VIP Customer checkbox;
§ Select the Insured’s Gender (Male/ Female);
§ Select the Insured’s Parent from the predefined suggestion box;
§ Click to save your work.
