In order for the system to automatically reinsure the selected policy, you will need to enter the following information:

§  Select the Reinsurance Level; Policy, subject or Policy Type. If you choose ‘subject’ or ‘Policy Type’, then the Top Location checkbox will be disabled;

§  Select the Reinsurance Method; Treaty, Plan/ Risk Category or Facultative;

§  Select the Treaty Name only if you have selected the reinsurance to be on the treaty level;

§  Enter in the PML/ EML Percentage  and the FAC Share Percentage;

§  Select the radio button according to the way in which the reinsurance amounts will be reinsured. If you select Sum Insured, then the reinsurance will be based on the entire sum that is insured. If you select PML or EML, then the reinsured amount will be distributed to a limit equivalent to the resulted PML capacity based on the probable maximum loss or estimated maximum loss, respectively;

§  Once you have finished entering in all necessary information, click on.
