To add more than one insured customer, click  in the Insured tab located at the bottom of the page. Next, you need to go through the following steps:

§  Select the name of the Insured customer;

§  Enter Share % for that customer. Note that upon saving the quotation, all insured customers’ percentage shares must add up to 100%;

§  The system will automatically retrieve the customer’s Account Number according to your insured customer selection;

§  Enter any necessary Notes;

§  Click in the Quotation Insured Entry tab;

§  Repeat the previous steps to add more insured customers.

§  Once you have finished entering all the insured members, click  in the Quotations Entry block;

§  Repeat the previous steps to add more insured customers.
