To add more than one agent, click  in the Agents field located at the bottom of the page. Next, you need to go through the following steps:

§  Select the Agent name;

§  Enter Share % for that agent. Note that upon saving the quotation, all agents’ percentage shares must add up to 100%;

§  The Account Number will be automatically retrieved by the system according to the agent selected;

§  Enter the Agent Commission %;

§  The Commission Amount and Commission Amount LC (Amount in Local Currency) of the system will be automatically retrieved by the system upon saving. Note that agent commissions can be defined through the Agents page located in the General Settings sub-module page;

§  Enter any necessary Notes;

§  Click  to save your work and add another agent, if so desired.
