Using the Vehicles Damaged Parts page, you are able to register the damaged parts for vehicles through an innovative method. You can either select the damage parts from damage parts lists or simply select them from vehicle parts entry.

 

Moreover, through this page, you can enter the driver’s faults which led to the accident.

 

To register the vehicles damaged parts, you need to go through the following:

 

• From the Claimants List block, select the claimant you want;
• There are two methods for selecting the damaged parts:

-        Method 1: From the Damaged Parts List block, select the damaged parts by checking in the checkbox next to the vehicle part and then click  to the parts selected to the Damaged Parts List. Click  to delete the part;

-        Method 2: From the Damaged Parts Entry block, select the damaged parts from a list that was previously defined through the Vehicle Parts page enter any necessary Notes and then click. Accordingly, the parts will be listed in the Damaged Parts List block. Click  to move the selected parts and add them to the Damaged Parts List, or click  to remove the parts from the list.

 

 

 

Adding Driver Faults

 

 

To add a driver fault, click  in the Driver Faults block and then go through the following:

 

• Select the Driver Fault from a list that was previously defined through the Codes page;
• Enter any necessary Notes;
• Click  to save your work.
