To add new claim notice, you need to click and then perform the following steps:

 

 

§  The Claim Notice No/ Year will be auto-generated by the system;

§  Enter the Insured Name;

§  Enter the Mobile Number;

§  Select the Plate Number;

§  Enter the Policy Number;

§  The Loss Date is set to the current Date and Time; however, you can change them if needed;

§  Select the Loss Cause and the Cause Result of the accident;

§  The Notification Date is set to the current date;

§  Enter the Description of the accident;

§  Enter any necessary Remarks;

§  In the Attachments fields, you can add necessary attachments regarding the accident by clicking  and locating the file path on your PC;

• The Created By, Creation Date and Status Date are given by the system after saving the recovery;

§  The Modified By, and Modification Date are given by the system after updating the recovery

§  Select the Geographical Area, City and Area where the accident took place;

§  Click  to save your work

§  If accepted, click  to convert it to a claim;

 

Once the Claim Notice is saved, you can define the Claimant Details, to do so you need to click in the Claimant List block and perform the following steps in the Claimant Entry block;

 

 

• The Serial is auto-generated by the system once you save your entry;

§  The Notification Date is set to the current Date and Time; however, you can change them if needed;

§  Select the Claimant Type;

§  Enter the Claimant Name; if the Claimant is customer, check the Customer checkbox and select the Claimant Name from the predefined list;

§  Select the Responsibility of the accident (according to your selection, different information will be needed);

-          If Us, Our Percentage and Recoverable Form will be auto-generated to 100 and 0 respectively;

-          If Others, Our Percentage and Recoverable Form will be auto-generated to 0 and 100 respectively;

-          If Shared, you need to enter Our Percentage, while the Recoverable Form will be deactivated;

-          If as Attached, you need to enter Our Percentage, while the Recoverable Form will be deactivated;

§  Enter the Contact Phone;

§  Select the Nationality;

§  Select the Vehicle Make and Vehicle Type;

§  Enter the Plate Number;

§  Enter the Model Year;

§  Enter the Owner Name;

• The Created By, Creation Date and Status Date are given by the system after saving the recovery;

§  The Modified By, and Modification Date are given by the system after updating the recovery

§  Click  to define the damaged parts, accordingly the below pop-up appears where you need to define the following steps:

 

 

• Select the Part Name from the predefined list;
• Enter any necessary Notes;
• Click  to save your work
• Click  to cancel your entry and close the pop-up
• Click  to save your work
