To specify the shares for each XL broker reinsurer, check in the checkbox next to  . Accordingly, the XL Broker Reinsurer Shares block will appear through which you need to click. Then, perform the following steps in the XL Broker Reinsurer Shares Entry block:

§  The Treaty Name and Treaty Number will be automatically displayed by the system based on the selected XL Treaty Later;

§  The Broker Name will be automatically updated by the system upon the saving of this XL Broker Reinsurer Share entry;

§  Select the Related Reinsurer from the available drop-down list;

§  Enter in the Share Percentage for the selected reinsurer;

§  Once you have finished entering all necessary data, click ;

§  Repeat the above-mentioned steps to add all reinsurers for this selected XL treaty layer.

Note that the Share Percentage of all broker reinsurers for the selected treaty layer must add up to 100%.
