The system allows you to create recovery transactions if the insurance company wants to recover the part of claim from any party, such as insured, insurance company or a third party.

 

To view certain pre-defined claim recoveries, fill in the selecting criteria fields with the proper details to filter down the retrieved recovery records. If you wish to edit any, click on the claim recovery needed and you can proceed with making the changes you want.

 

Through this page you can register the expected recoveries so that the recovery can have an actual effect. Expected recoveries were set in the Claimants page. To register expected recoveries you need to go through the following steps:

 

§  Fill in the Claim Recovery Search criteria with their proper details to retrieve the needed Expected Recoverees List and then click ;

§  Select the recoveree(s) you want to register from the Expected Recoveree List block by checking-in the checkbox next to each recoveree;

§  Click  to change the status of the recoveree(s) selected.
