The Preferences sub-module allows you to set all the necessary global company preferences that will be used throughout the ESKA^® Insures – General Insurance.

To add a new preference, click  and then go through the following steps:

 

§  The Company name will be automatically displayed by the system;

§  Enter the Code of the added preference;

§  Enter the Name and Value of the preference;

§  Select the Data Type to specify whether the element value could be formed of Varchar2 (characters), Number, Date, or Boolean (True or False). Accordingly, the system will control the entry values to match the Data Type;

§  Enter the Page name where the added preference will be used;

§  In the Usage Description enter any relevant notes;

§  Click to save your work.
