To add a new agent/customer profile, you need to click and go through the following steps:
Ø Define the Customer Type (Individual/ Company) by selecting the relevant radio button;
Ø Enter the insured’s National ID;
Ø Enter the CR Number;
Ø Select the insured’s Title from the predefined dropdown list;
Ø Enter in the Name of the insured;
Ø In Name2 you can enter in the name of the insured person in the second language of the system;
Ø Enter in the Phone, Mobile and Fax numbers of the added insured person;
Ø Enter the insured’s Email address;
Ø The Account Type is auto retrieved from the predefined dropdown list;
Ø Select the insured’s Marital Status; (Married, Single, Etc.)
Ø Select the Agent and the Agent Type from the predefined lists;
Ø Enter the Commission Percentage;
Ø Select the Country and City of the insured’s residence;
Ø Select the Area and the Street of the insured’s residence;
Ø Enter the Insured Address;
Ø Enter the Additional Code; (this field is for the Saudi market only)
Ø Enter the Unit Number of the address;
Ø Enter the Postal ZIP Code, Building and the P.O Box of the insured’s residence;
Ø Enter the insured’s Birth Date;
Ø Select the Insured’s Nationality from the predefined list;
Ø Select the insured person’s Profession. You can select from a list of professions that were previously defined through the Codes page of the General Settings module;
Ø Define the Insured’s Nationality (Local/ Foreign) by selecting the relevant radio button)
Ø In the Taxable field, check the Exempt or Non-Exempt radio button to define the tax type;
Ø If the insured person is VIP, check-in the VIP Customer checkbox;
Ø Select the Insured’s Gender (Male/ Female);
Ø Select the Insured’s Parent from the predefined suggestion box;
Ø Click to save your work.
