The system maintains the information of claims and the transactions applied on these claims, such as the payment and recovery of claims. Thus, all financial information about the claim processing is saved, which allows you to close the claim when required. The system also allows you to reopen a claim, taking into consideration some principles to prevent confusion in data integration.
