To record a claim recovery collection entry, click in the Claims Recovery Collection List block, and then go through the following steps:

 

§  Select the Claim No. As a result, the system will retrieve the following information: (Policy Number, Branch, Insurance Class, Policy Type, Business Type, Exchange Rate, Branch Exchange Rate, Remaining OS, Remaining OS LC, Fees Amount, and Fees Amount LC)

§  Select the Claimant Name;

§  Select the Recovery Type and the Damage Type;

§  Select the Recovery Side;

§  Select the Recoveree Name;

§  Select the Settlement Type;

§  Select the Account Type;

§  The Collection Date and Time are set to the current date and time; however you can change them if needed;

§  Select the Accounted Customer;

§  Select the Accounted To;

§  Enter the Collected Amount;

§  Enter any necessary Description;

§  Select the Collector;

§  Click  to save your work. The remaining fields will be automatically filled by the system upon saving.

 

Or in the From Claim Recovery Entry block, check on the check box auto collect recovery and so the recovery transaction will be automatically transferred to the claim recovery collection list.
