Claim StatusClaim Status\Changing Claimant Status

 

 

To change the status of a claim, click  in the Claimant Status History block and then perform the following:

 

§  In the Change Claimant Status block, the Current Status will be retrieved by the system;

§  Select the New Status of the claim;

§  The New Date will be set to the date of entry. However, you can change it if you want;

§  Enter the Causes for changing the status of claim;

§  Click  to save your work.
