Claim StatusClaim Status\Changing Claim Status

 

 

To change the status of a claim, click  in the Claim Status History block and then perform the following steps in the Change Claim Status block;

 

§  The Current Status will be retrieved by the system;

§  Select the New Status of the claim;

§  The New Date will be set to the date of entry. However, you can change it if you want;

§  Select the Standard Reasons from the predefined list

§  Enter the Cause for changing the status of claim;

§  Click  to save your work.
