To add interests to a claim, click   in the Claim Interest block and then go through the following:

 

§  Select the damaged Interest. Accordingly, the system will display relevant information of the interest including the Serial number, Sum Insured, Sum Insured in Local Currency of the company , and No of claims occurred on the selected interest;

§  Check-in the Include Sub-Interests if you want to include the sub-interests of the interest selected;

§  Check-in the Total Loss if the added interest has been completely damaged;

§  Select the Loss Result from a list of results that were previously defined through the Loss Causes/ Results page located in the General Settings module;

§  Click to save your work.

 

 

Interest Information

 

 

The Interest Information tab will display general information concerning the selecting interest.

 

This information was entered through the Policy Interests page in the Production module.

 

Claim Covers

 

 

The Claim Cover tab will display cover under the selected interest as they were defined in the policy. Covers can be added to policies through the Policy Covers page in the Production module. Also, you can select which covers will be included within the claim.

 

To delete a cover, simply select the needed cover and then click.

To add covers, click  and then select the cover you want. Note that you can only select from a list of covers that were previously added to the selected policy. Once you’re done, click  to save your work.

 

Note that if all policy covers were added, then you will not be able to add other covers.

 

Clauses

 

Through the Clauses tab, you can view all the clauses related to the claim and summary about each clause (including its code, Name, Name 2)

 

 

 

Wording

 

Through the wording tab, you can view all the claim wording and summary about each wording (including its order, clause, and the wording text)

 

 

 

Covered Countries

 

The Covered Countries tab will display the territorial scope of coverage for the selected policy

Policy Attachment

 

The Policy Attachments tab will display documents attached to the selected policy. Documents can be attached to policies in the Policies page.

 

 

 

OS Premiums

 

The OS premium tab will display outstanding premium to the selected claim
