To add a product click  in the Products block, and then perform the following steps in the Products Entry block:

§  The Company name is auto retrieved by the system;

§  Note that the Code will be automatically generated by the system when this product is saved;

§  Enter the Name of the insurance product. In the Name 2 field enter in the name of the product in the alternate language of the system, if so desired;

§  Select the Effective Date of the product. This is the date on which it will be active to be used within production module.

§  Enter the Expiry Date of the product. This is the date on which it will be in-active and will not be used within production module.

§  Select the Status; ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’;

§  The Status Date will be automatically generated each time the Status of the product has been changed. The date will display upon saving the product;

§  Enter in the Short Name of the added product;

§  Once you have finished entering the necessary data, click. Next, you can add product details.
