To add new Loading, you need to click and then perform the following steps in the Loading Entry block:

 

 

§  Enter the Name of the Loading/ Discount;

§  In Name2, you can enter the Name in the second language of the system;

§  Select the Type (Loading, or Discount);

§  Select the Insurance Class from the predefined list;

§  Select the Policy Type from the predefined list;

§  Select the Status of the added loading/ discount (Active, Inactive);

§  Enter any necessary Notes;

§  Once you have finished defining the necessary data, click 

 

After defining the Loading/ Discounts, you need to define the Elements (Questions) and their Choices (Answers)
