To create certificates, first you need to select the open cover Policy
in the Policy Search block page. However, you can create certificates
for open cover policies only. Click and then go through the following steps:
§ The Document No. Certificate Year will be given by the system;
§ Enter the Issue
Date and Effective Date of the certificate Note that the
effective date entered must be within policy period;
§ Select the Calculation Base of the certificate;
§ Enter any
necessary Certificate Note;
§ To attach any important documents, click to select the path of file on your PC. You can
add more than one Attachment by clicking
§ The rest of the fields will be automatically retrieved from the system;
§ Click to save your work.
Note that at the bottom of the page the system will automatically
retrieve the selected policy’s insured person (s), beneficiaries and
attachments. Click on the needed Tab to view the needed information.
