The Certificates sub-module is very similar to the Policies module. Through this module you will go through the same cycle of creating a policy. The only difference is that you are creating certificates. Certificates are documents indicating that insurance has been placed under an open cover policy without premium. Such an open cover policy usually covers numerous shipments over specified periods of time.
