In the Vehicle Survey page you can define several surveys regarding several garages in case of vehicle accidents that need to be repaired;

 

 

 

After defining several surveys, you can select the most convenient survey, to do so, you need to click on  and then perform the following steps:

 

§  Select the Claim Number and the Claimant Name; accordingly, the remaining fields will be auto-generated by the system;

§  Select the Garage from the predefined list;

 Next, you need to perform the following in the Damage Parts block;

 

§  Select the Vehicle Side Description from the predefined list;

§  Select the Repair Description from the predefined list;

§  Define whether the vehicle damaged parts needs (Replace, Repair, R&I, and/ or Paint) by selecting the relevant radio button;

§  Enter any Remarks;

§  Enter the Estimate Total Labor and Estimate Total Parts;

§  Enter the Assessment Total Labor and Assessment Total Part;

§  Enter any Remarks;

§  Click  to save your work;
