Through the Insured Query sub-module you are able to inquire about all the policies and claims related to specific customers along with their basic information such as interests’ information, premiums deductibles, Policy wording, claim History, Production slips, production distribution and OS premiums.

 

 

To inquire about the Insured Query you need to go through the following:

 

• In the Insured Search block, fill in one or any criteria fields with the proper details such as :
• Insured Name ( select one of the Insured members from the drop-down list );
• As Of Date (Select the As Of Date to know the Latest status until the chosen date) ;
• Click to filter down the Insured members records, accordingly, the matching results will be displayed in the Insured List block;
• In the Insured List , select one of the insured names accordingly the policies related to this insured will be displayed in the Policies List block;

 

 

• Click  to go to the claims related to the selected policy;

 

• Select the needed policy by clicking on it, accordingly, all its details will be displayed as below:
