Through the instalment page you are able to view all parties concerned along with each one’s shares, commissions, charges, instalment premiums and instalments due dates. Moreover, you can view/edit all fees required and their due instalments dates.

To further view instalment details, select the instalment needed from the Instalments block. Accordingly, the Instalment Modifications block will appear through which instalment details will be displayed.

Through the instalment block, you can also modify the due date of each instalment by choosing/inserting another date form the calendar as this date should be within the document period and the same can be applied on the due amount percentage of each instalment by entering a new value while the total percentage% shouldn’t exceed 100%.
