To modify the fee percentage or due date, in the Instalment Fee Details tab, click on the fees you want and then perform the following:

 

• In the Fees Modifications block, the Fees Type and Policy Fees Type will be automatically displayed by the system according to the setup defined;
• Enter the Fee Percentage or Fee Amount;
• Accordingly, the system will calculate the Fee Amount in Local Currency of the system;
• Click in the Instalments block; to save the modifications you’ve done.

 

 

Commissions

 

 

To modify the instalment commissions, in the commissions tab, select the instalment you want to apply the commission on, and then perform the following:

 

In the Commissions Modifications block, the Commission Type will be automatically displayed by the system according to the selected policy;

 

§  Enter the Commission % and the servicing fees Amount ;

§  Select the Currency Ex-Rate ;

§  Accordingly, the system will calculate the Commission Amount in Local Currency of the system;

§  Select the Customer and Account ;

-       Check-in the Apply to All checkbox to apply these settings to all interest instalments;

§  Click  to save the modifications you’ve done.

 

Charges

 

 

To modify the instalment charges, in the Charges tab, click on the charge you want and then perform the following:

 

§  In the Charges Modifications block, the Charge Type will be automatically displayed by the system according to the selected policy;

§  Enter the Charge % and the Charge Amount;

§  Accordingly, the system will calculate the Exchange Rate and Charge Amount in Local Currency of the system;

§  Select the Customer and Account ;

• Check-in the Apply to All checkbox to apply these charges to all interest instalments;

§  Click to save the modifications you’ve done.
