In the Claimant Contact Info tab, you can enter the claimant contact information, to do so you need to click and then perform the following steps:

§  Enter the Claimant Address;

§  Enter the Contact Phone number;

§  Enter the Claimant Address 2;

§  Enter the Contact Mobile Number;

§  Enter the Contact Address;

§  Enter the Contact Person;

§  Enter the Contact Address2;

§  Enter the Contact Person2;

§  Enter the Driver Name and Driver Name2;

§  Enter the Dead Person National ID;

§  To attach any necessary documents, click , accordingly you will be transferred to the Claimants Document tab;

§  Click  to save your work.
